Can I just purchase one sticker from the sticker pack?
When will you ship the stickers?
We will package and ship on two different dates: 9th and 26th of October, 2023
When will I receive my stickers?
It highly depends on your delivery address.
Germany: a few days after shipping
EU: a week or two after shipping
World: we've heard from friends who ship merch that it can take between a week to two months after shipping. It depends on your country.
Remember: we have two shipping dates - 9th and 26th of October
Do I get a tracking number?
No. To keep costs low, we will send all envelopes without a tracking number. Once we ship them, we won't be able to know the whereabouts of your stickers, so please be patient.
What if I don't get my stickers?
If your stickers have not arrived after 2 months, please send us a message and we will happily refund you.
Can I return the stickers?
You have the right to revoke your order up to 14 days after you have received the stickers to request a return. Please write to us at jen@simplegermany.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the stickers and further details on your refund. Please note that we will not be able to cover the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
